Our Team

Ms. Shimamoto is passionate about immigration, because she herself is an immigrant from South Korea. She was adopted as a baby and was raised in Hawaii. 

Ms. Fukushima was born and raised in Japan and speaks native Japanese.  She graduated first in her class from Keio University and with highest honors from the University of Hawaii William S. Richardson School of Law in Manoa.

Ms. Arquines is our Office Manager. She was born and raised in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Rosie is a Jack Russell terrier mix who was adopted from the Hawaiian Humane Society. Rosie enjoys sleeping, eating and greeting our clients. She loves children, belly rubs and lunchtime walks downtown.
